Adult Training Guidelines
Adult training is offered in small-group formats only
A minimum of 3 participants is required per session
Adult sessions are scheduled in the morning or prior to athlete training hours
Weekday evenings (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) are reserved exclusively for athletes
